Returns and Exchange Policy

  1. Ensure all items are packed in their original packaging. Items purchased as sets must be returned in their entirety.
  2. Sign in to your account, navigate to your order details page, and submit a return request for this order.
  3. We will arrange for a courier to collect the items from the same delivery location.
  4. Any return shipping costs, customs fees, or additional charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  5. Upon receipt of the returned items and verification of their readiness for sale, we will process your refund.
  6. Customers have the right to replace or return any purchased items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the items maintain their consumer properties, factory labels, and are in a ready-for-sale condition.
